Stress Makes Herpes Outbreaks Occur Again

Herpes, one of the most common viruses today falls into the category of those viruses which are easily transmitted. The infection occurs through contact where the virus penetrates the skin through micro lesions or by means of sexual contact. We know that herpes often returns, especially to those with so-called Genital herpes and that it causes many problems and difficulties such as pain and anxiety as well as insecurity. Those who carry the virus are always afraid of every new outbreak of Herpes.
Embarrassment and fear of  how  people will react when they show up in public with a swollen lip or eye or not knowing  how to tell their partners that they had been infected during a previous sexual contact. These are some of the issues with which carriers of the virus are confronted with on a daily basis. Those who are infected with HSV-2 must constantly be careful and always use a condom to protect their sexual partners. With careful and proper use of Condoms, virus transmission to partners remains only theory, but the fact is that those who are infected with the virus always live in fear and worry, which means that they are in a state of constant stress. It is obvious that stress which last more than a week, triggers outbreaks more regularly than  anything else in your life. Due to stress, new outbreaks of infection   occur  periodically every few months.
Now that we know what triggers new outbreaks, we  must  do  everything  to  reduce stress, and the best way to do it, is to take these few steps: rest and sleep long enough.  Everybody needs sleep which should be more or less eight hours, depending on the individual. Eat foods your body needs. These foods provide your body with energy you need to function. Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. You must also reduce the amount of fatty foods and sugar, as well as caffeine and alcohol. Be physically active each day, exercise. Do it  alone, with partner or a friend.  It is very important in order  to eliminate stress.

Talk about your problem with people who care about you. Everyone needs someone to rely on, in moments of crises.  If you talk with your spouse, friend or even colleague, it will be helpful for stress relief. Try to relax. Find a few minutes for yourself. Listening to music, walking, fishing or meditating are good choices. Think about things which you can do that relax you and find a way to do them every day. This way you can do both, prevent stress and deal with it better. In  order  to  prevent  further  outbreaks  of  infection,   follow  these  steps mentioned above, and enjoy your life.
